Sound baths are one of my favorite ways to help people release stress, recharge their energy, and experience deep relaxation—without having to “do” anything at all. Whether you’ve struggled with meditation, have trouble sleeping, or just need a reset, this experience can be incredibly powerful.
What Exactly Is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a deeply immersive experience where vibrational sounds from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sacred tools help guide you into a meditative state. Unlike traditional meditation, where you might focus on your breath or a mantra, sound baths allow you to simply receive. The frequencies interact with your body on a cellular level, helping to release tension, balance your nervous system, and bring a sense of inner harmony.

What Makes My Sound Baths Special?
Every sound bath I offer is a one-of-a-kind experience because I intuitively select the instruments and tones that will best serve the group. I always bring the staple tools that my students love and request, but I also introduce rare and unique instruments that take the experience to another level.
Some of the instruments I use are handmade, created specifically for me, while others have been carefully selected from my travels in India. I have also purchased special tools from Nepal and Tibet. Many of my Tibetan singing bowls were crafted by skilled artisans and blessed by holy men, carrying powerful healing vibrations that help balance the body and mind.
I love bringing variety to each session—playing with different techniques, layering tones, and creating a soundscape that feels both grounding and expansive. No two sound baths are ever the same, and that’s what makes them so magical!
